How do I book an appointment?

How can I pay for my services?
We offer EFTPOS, cash or Zippay. Sorry, we do not accept American Express.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer Zippay for all products and services. Please create an account at or prior to attending your appointment.
Can I bring my children to my appointment?
We’ll do all we can to accommodate little ones…although we believe you deserve a little “me-time”! Unfortunately we don’t offer creche services.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment start time so you can get comfortable and settle in for a service with one of our friendly team.
What if I am late?
It’s important all appointments commence on time. But, we’re only human and sometimes life doesn’t go to plan! If you are running late, it may cut into your allocated appointment time. To ensure we make the most of your appointment, please arrive 15 minutes prior. If you are running late, please give the salon a courtesy call and we’ll see if we can still accommodate you. In some cases, we may not be able to accommodate you. If you miss your appointment, a $50 cancellation fee may be charged.
I need to cancel or change my appointment, will I be charged?
We are a small, locally owned business and encourage our clients to respect our time and other clients. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or changes. We send appointment reminders through via text message in advance of your appointment date. Failure to give us more than 24 hours notice for an appointment change may result in a $50 cancellation fee being charged.
What treatment/products should I use?
The Colour Collective Hair uses NAK Australia Hair products. Our stylists will recommend the best products to use on your tresses. Read more about Nak Hair products here.
What if I have a medical condition?
Please advise us of any health conditions or medications you may be taking as it may affect the products we use in your hair. Please inform your stylist if you are pregnant as some of our treatments and products may not be safe.
